Case study · Citadel Command

A 23-lot subdivision, estimated, bought and released by phase.

A residential subdivision with a full utility package: 2,400 LF of water main, 2,150 LF of sanitary sewer, 2,270 LF of storm drain and 23 service pairs, plus the roadway. Citadel ran the whole job through Citadel Command, from takeoff to the last purchase order.

  • Every takeoff line carried its plan sheet and station range as evidence
  • Addendum 1 was compared line by line; only the affected quantities changed
  • Three suppliers quoted the material package; pricing was compared side by side
  • Material was packaged by phase and released on owner approval, not all at once

Described generically; client and location withheld. Ask us for references on a similar scope.
