What we build

Four disciplines. One crew that owns the trench.

From the main in the street to the curb stop at the lot line, we install, test and restore the whole system — so there is one contractor responsible for what is under your road.

Water mains & services

Ductile iron mains with restrained joints, gate valves, hydrants and tapping sleeves, tied into live systems under town supervision. Every main is pressure-tested and chlorinated before it serves a home.

Sanitary sewer & manholes

PVC gravity sewer laid to grade with laser control, precast manholes with cast-in boots, and service stubs to every lot. We air-test, mandrel and televise each run before backfill is accepted.

Storm drainage & structures

HDPE and reinforced concrete drain lines, catch basins, drain manholes and detention basin outlet structures. Built to the stormwater plan so the system performs in the storm it was designed for.

Site work, roads & restoration

Mass excavation, rock removal, dewatering, roadway gravels and trench paving, with loam and seed and erosion controls to close the job out. We leave the site ready for the next trade.

Every quantity on our bid traces back to a plan sheet, a profile station or a detail. If an addendum moves a hydrant, you can see exactly which line changed and why.

Buy smart

Our pricing is backed by current supplier quotes, not a guess from last year. Material is released by phase, so long-lead items like structures and valves are on site when the crew needs them.

Build it once

Pressure tests, air tests, mandrels and camera runs on every line. Restoration and as-builts close the job so the town accepts it and you never dig it up twice.

Citadel prices every job in Citadel Command, a system we use to take off quantities from the plan set, control addenda, collect supplier quotes and release material by phase. It does not make decisions for us — it keeps the record of the ones we make.
